...because lentils don't grow in the UK. The Idea is that for the season of Lent- the next 40 days- I will try and just eat and drink things that come from the UK. Not just processed here but grown here. So this blog will say what I am eating and log my trials and tribulations. If I eat/drink something from outwith the UK I will commit to giving £1 a time to one of the charities I support.
