Breakfast: Porridge, Homemade Bread with Butter and Honey, Hot apple and Blackcurrant Juice.
Lunch: Split Green Pea Soup, Spelt Risotto.
TeaTime: Leek and Potato Soup, Spinach Roulade with Baked Potato, Baked Apple in Pastry.
I made more bread with yeast using a recipe that had no kneading involved. The bread is quite a bit lighter than the last one- but the act of kneading was quite satisfying. Ate some left overs at Lunch and then went to Mum's for my tea. Managed to choose the whole menu, that seems a bit selfish I suppose, but it was very nice though. and nt that radically different to things we would usually eat at my mums.
