Breakfast: Porridge, Toast with Butter and honey, Hot Apple and Blackcurrant Juice.
Lunch: Scrambled Egg and Toast. Apple.
Tea Time: Vegetable Stew with Baked Potato.
Evening Snack: Homemade biscuits. Fursty Ferret Beer.
This was a coooking day again and I made the stew, some oatmeal shortbread (by replacing some of the flour with fine oatmeal) and Oatcakes. The oatcakes are too thin to be spread but taste ok. The binding thing is butter and water and they were fried. Healthy!?!
I should have had a cholesterol check before I started to see what the impact is. No chocolate though. Thats got to be good for it. Butter, cheese and eggs might not be though.
